Combination of data types
Combination of data types
Multiple types of data in the same transfer of submission information package, including statistics files, documents and/or databases.
Statistics files and documents
If your research data consists of both statistics files (in SAS, STATA, SPSS and R formats) and documents (in the form of text, audio, video or images), your data must be transferred as follows:
- Statistics files are delivered as a submission package, cf. the provisions in Appendix 9 in Executive Order no. 128 on submission information package.
- Digital documents are converted to archive format and transferred as a copy of a folder structure containing the documents.
Records of information about all digital documents located in the folder structure are recorded in a spreadsheet that complies with the Danish National Archives’ metadata standard for document collections
NOTE: If the data you have used for statistical analysis was created in spreadsheets or CSV files, use the following instructions instead: Instructions for creating a submission information package with statistical data from spreadsheets or CSV files when creating the submission information package.
