Database Preservation Toolkit
The extraction tool Database Preservation Toolkit (DBPTK) is a program that can be used to extract data contents, data structures and metadata from various database management systems based on a number of preservation formats, including extracts for submission information packages in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order no. 128 of 12 February 2020.
The Database Preservation Toolkit was created by the EU project E-ARK (European Archival Records and Knowledge Preservation) from 2014-2017, and it was later further developed with funding by the Estonian National Archives in collaboration with the Danish National Archives in 2020. The eArchiving Building Block is also undergoing development in 2021.
Please note that the Danish National Archives does not accept any liability for errors that may arise in connection with the use of the program.
